Totally Teal Tutu (Skirt & Embellished top)
Tutu is size 5, handmade with a bright teal sparkle tulle with elastic waste band. The tutu is very full and made with tones of layers! Entire outfit is available with a black tee & flower embellishment to front of tank. Coordinating hair accessories are also available as pictured above.
